kate is a queer, femme, disabled and traumatized spinster cat mom who loves crafting, her chosen family, the ocean, dancing and Beyoncé. growing up a transplanted military kid with a neurovariant parent who never stayed in the same place for too long, she now finds herself forever in pursuit of a place to call home, while trying her hardest to make things work on the east coast.
after living in an intentional community and doing care work for two years, she got burnt out and is now giving things a go in the big city. her time in intentional community has left her fiercely passionate and angry about accessibility and recognizing, honouring and holding femme magic and labour close. for the first time in her life, she is living on her own and trying to be selfish and put herself first. love is the biggest dream inside of her.
